Founded in early 2001, Plan B is a management, consulting and private equity firm.

Plan B consists of two primary operating units.

The Professional Services Group provides accounting, finance and risk management services to independent clients and the Plan B companies.

The Business Development Group provides consulting, business development, outsourced sales and executive management services for companies in which Plan B has a whole or partial ownership interest, as well as "outside" independent companies.  The Business Development team brings over 50 years of combined experience to assist companies in turnaround, restructuring, sales training, direct sales, and conflict resolution and negotiation.
