Founded in early 2001, Plan B is a management, consulting and private equity firm specializing in small to medium size technology companies.
Plan B consists of two primary operating units.
The Professional Services Group provides accounting, finance and risk management services to independent clients and to the Plan B companies.
The Business Development Group provides consulting, business development, outsourced sales and executive management services for clients as well as companies in which Plan B has a whole or partial ownership interest. The Business Development Group also provides merger and acquisition consultation for its Private Clients. The Business Development team brings over 70 years of ocmbined experience to assist companies in growth, turnaround, restructuring, sales training, direct sales and M&A due diligence and negotiation.
